Matwork
I offer weekly group Matwork Pilates classes that focus on releasing tension while building strength and flexibility. With small class sizes, each participant receives personalised attention. All classes are mixed ability with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!

Reformer
I offer 1:1 matwork and Reformer/Tower Pilates sessions, utilising a Balanced Body Studio reformer/tower combo to challenge your balance, strength, and control. These sessions are suitable for total beginners and anyone looking to add variety to their Pilates practice.
1-2-1 sessions
If you are a complete beginner or have been advised to take up Pilates by a health professional I would recommend a 1-2-1 session before joining an existing class. These sessions offer a great introduction to the Pilates fundamentals and allow me to assess your movement and adapt exercises to suit your specific needs enabling you to join a new class with confidence.
Private sessions are also the best option for those wanting a personalised Pilates mat or reformer programme, designed specifically for their own body and possible health issues. We will establish goals together, and an individual programme will be designed that will be re-assessed and developed every lesson to give you the optimum benefit from each session.
We also offer private sessions for 2 or 3 people together, so why not practice Pilates with your friends and family?
These sessions can be arranged at a time convenient to you and within your own home.
