I believe that Pilates is for everybody! So whether you are a complete beginner, or have injuries such as a bad back, knee, hip or shoulder, or are looking to improve your performance in other sports then I am here to support you. I offer group and 1:1 matwork, reformer, small equipment classes and workshops in Derbyshire. If you can’t join me in person then sign up to one of my regular online classes.
